If you need to return an item for any reason, please note that all items are subject to approval. All items must be returned in ALL original packaging and in new condition; this means unused, unworn, unlaundered. If you are unsure about the condition of your product, please contact us before sending it back to avoid the risk of paying for shipping that is unnecessary. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
If you choose to return your item within 45 days of the original purchase date, we will offer a 100% return to your credit card minus shipping paid.
If you choose to return your item after 45 days of the original purchase date, we will offer store credit for 100% of what is returned, minus shipping paid, to be used on any future purchase. Store credit can also be chosen in lieu of a refund per customer request.
Closeout item sales are final and cannot be returned
**Footwear** Please try on your new boots/shoe purchases at home/inside. We cannot and do not resell worn footwear and if you wear your boots/shoes outside and need to return them, we cannot refund or exchange them.
When Sending Your Package Back to Extreme:

Customers are responsible for return shipping, even if you received free shipping on your original order. Please return your package insured, track-able and prepaid. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring your return and saving the receipt and tracking information for your records.
Please do NOT use the item’s original packaging (such as the footwear box) to ship your item back. Items MUST be sent in a standalone separate shipping box. Items returned to us using the item’s packaging (such as the footwear box) may not be accepted by Extreme Outfitters.
**If there is an error with your order and Extreme is at fault, we will cover your return shipping. Please contact us ASAP to arrange this.
While all our manufacturers make high quality products, sometimes errors in manufacturing occur. If you feel that the product you received is faulty in any way, please contact our customer service department to determine the next steps.
A warranty is not an exchange or return. If you determine that your product has an issue, it will result in either the damage being fixed or a replacement sent out which is determined by the manufacturer. Extreme Outfitters is in no way the manufacturer of any goods we sell and we do not have the final say in the warranty process.
If the item is deemed defective, a replacement or credit can be issued to the customer. If the item is fixed by the manufacturer, no credit will be issued.
In any potential warranty claim, the customer must contact us BEFORE sending back any product.
