It attaches with toggles on the side or front of the backpack and is big enough to carry a bottle, tripod, rifle, fishing rod, etc. A tension strap at the top keeps gear in place, and a separate strap functions as an extra attachment point for long items. Fits all backpacks in the Singi range, but note that Singi 20 is not suitable for carrying a rifle.
